Texas Business & Commerce Code Chapter 301, Subchapter B sets out permitted and prohibited practices for telephone solicitation in Texas. Section 301.051 states that telephone solicitors can only call between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. or between 12 p.m. and 9 p.m. on Sunday.
